We have completed the addition of a comment field for all Jibility steps. You can not add a comment to each challenge, objective, capability, action or initiative.

Comments may be used for

1) Documenting the views, notes and input from various stakeholders,

2) Capturing feedback from various users (mainly when collaborating with other editors) so that a master scribe can review and make the final edit

3) Describing in greater detail the step which may not suit being shown in the description

Note, that your published documents show a description but comments are not displayed.

Previously, you could add an Owner Name for each initiative, and now, you can also add an Owner Name to each Action.

Furthermore, in the Published Document, the Owner Name for each action can be exported to Excel.
