Great start to 2022 with two significant Jibility enhancements.

1) Share by Email now replaces Share by Link

2) Jibility Visualizer provides another way to see how your Jibility steps are linked

3) Support for US Legal and Letter document sizes

Share by email

With our multi-user collaboration feature launch, we enabled Sharing by Link for a roadmap document. Share by link had several limitations, such as the need to distribute the shared link and the inability to validate the user's email.

We have replaced Share by Link with Share by Email, which now supports the following enhancements

1) Shared users will receive an invitation email;
An invitation email is sent to the shared user. The sharing dialog window will now show the user's status as Invited, Accepted or Failed. If an invitation email bounces, such as an invalid email address, then the status is Failed.

2) New "Shared with me" section on the home page and easy access to shared roadmaps

The Shared with Me section and tile, replaces the need for the user to access the shared roadmap with a link.

3) A new Admin role can be assigned to a shared user. Admin users can share and manage the list of shared users.

A user can now have the roles of an Owner, Admin, Editor or Viewer.

Jibility Visualizer

Jibility Visualizer is a new tool that works alongside the Jibility editor to enable you to view the relationships between the elements in each of the Challenge, Objective, Capability, Action and Initiative steps.

The Jibility Visualizer can help you with

1) Identifying the elements in each step that are not linked;

2) Understanding what forward linking elements will help solve the selected element; and

3) Understanding what backward linking elements the selected element will help solve.

Publish documents to US Legal and Letter sizes

Jibility now supports publishing to US Legal and Letter sizes. In the properties panel for a published document, select the Page Size drop down and then click on Legal or Letter.

Also, please make sure your printer properties are also set to the same page size.
