1) Import Capabilities

You can now import from an Excel file to add new capabilities to your existing capability map. This feature is available for the Professional and Teams plans only.

To learn more about importing capabilities, please refer to this article.

โ€‹Note, this feature does not (yet) support updating existing capabilities from Excel.

2) Show Linked Capabilities and Actions for Initiatives

The properties panel for an initiative now shows the linked capabilities. The linked capabilities are the capabilities delivered by the actions assigned to the initiative. An example is shown below.

3) Capability Map Published document - collapse capability map when filter by label

For the Capability Map published document, by default, the capabilities that do not match the selected filter label are shown with a white background, as shown below.

You can now select the "Show All" checkbox to hide or show the capabilities that do not match the selected filter label. When "Show All" is unchecked, then all the unmatched rows and columns are collapsed. See example below.

4) Capability and Initiative Published Document filter by label and export to image

The Capability and Initiative Published Document now support filter by Labels. Note that the "Show All Capabilities" checkbox lets you show or hide the capabilities without any associated initiatives.

You can also export the Capability and Initiative published document to an image.

5) Capability and Actions Publish Document filter by labels for Print and PowerPoint

For consistency, we have also implemented the ability to filter by labels for capabilities shown in the Capabilites & Actions Publish document. For now, this is support for Print and PowerPoint only (Image will be in the next release).
