How to export capabilities to Excel

In the Capability Map published document, you can export or download your capabilities to Excel. Select the download file type "Excel" and click the download link as shown below.

For example, the sample Digital Transformation Roadmap for RedYabber capabilities Excel is illustrated below.

The following table describes the fields exported

The capability change state

Blank - Not Relevant

"-" - Capability exists and no change is required

"L" - Capability exists and low level of change is required

"M" - Capability exists and medium level of change is required

"H" - Capability exists and high level of change is required

"N" - New capability

Priority

The capability priority

"H" - High priority

"M" - Medium priority

"L" - Low priority

Group

The grid or value stream name

Number

The Hierarchical Sequence Number and level indicator number.

For example,

6 - is a Level 1 capability, 6th in the list.

4.2 - is a Level 2 capability, second in the list, inside a Level 1 capability, which is fourth in the list.

n - Level 1 capability number

n.n - Level 2 capability numbers

n.n.n - Level 3 capability number

Value Stream Stage

The value stage name within a value stream group

Blank if the capability is not within a value stream stage.

Name

The name of the capability

Description

The capability description

Blank if no description

Comments

The capability comments

Blank if no comments

Objective 1

The first linked objective

Blank if not objectives linked

Objective 2

The second linked objective

Blank if no second objective linked

Objective 3

The third linked objective

Blank if no third objective linked.
