How to check whether your browser is causing a problem with Jibility

Some browser plug-in or extensions may cause problems with Jibility. To help diagnose whether the problem you are experiencing is caused by your browser we suggest trying Jibility in Guest mode.

Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers have a Guest mode feature that allows you to browse with a clean browser.

To use Guest mode,

1) Click on the profile icon in the top right corner

2) Select Guest

3) Now enter the Jibility URL (for example app.jibility.com). Note, for enterprise customers you may have a dedicated Jibility URL.

4) Test to see whether you are experiencing the same problem.
