How to check for browser console errors

Jibility is a web application that runs on Chromium based browsers such a Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. If you are experiencing a problem with Jibility, there may be error messages in the browser's console that can help us diagnose the problem.

The browser's console is accessed by entering the Ctrl+Shift+I key combination or by clicking on the vertical ellipsis icon in the top right corner followed by the "More tools" and "Developer tools" menu.

A panel will open on the right. Select the "Console" tab if not already select.

If there are error messages, then these are displayed in the panel like the following. Note, in the example given below, the messages shown are warning messages (not errors) and does not impact the performance of Jibility. Error messages have red text.

If you see error messages in the console, please take a screenshot or copy the messages and send to us.
