The Initiative Summary List document is a table of all your initiatives and the associated properties such as costs and benefits. If you want to import this list into another software product or just do some fancy spreadsheet analysis, then you can export your list to Excel.
Note, exporting to Excel is currently supported for the Initiative Summary List document only.
To export your Initiative Summary List to Excel, you must change the Format option from Print to File for the document.
Selecting File format type will display the download button (as shown below). You can click on the download button or the Excel icon on the page to commence the download of the Initiative Summary List to an Excel file.
Tips: You can choose to include or exclude the Cost and Benefits columns and/or the Stage and Theme columns through the properties panel.
