When collaborating with other shared users or working on a roadmap document sporadically, it is useful to see a history of changes. Jibility, provides a chronological change history via the Feed button as show below.

In the feed window, illustrated below, Jibility will display the username of the person that made changes, the date and time and a list of all the changes in chronological order.

To help with readability, especially when a long series of changes are made by the same person, the list of changes is grouped into five-minute intervals. In the above example, you can see the list of changes bundled and timestamped as 1:17pm and 1:22pm.

Limitations

As we continue with the development of this feature, here are some of the limitations which we aim to address over time:

  • Assignment of an action to an initiative does not show the initiative's name.

  • Moving an initiative in the Initiative Step does not show the name of the initiative.

  • Updating the properties of an item does not show which property was updated.

  • Updating document properties does not show which property was updated.

  • Updating the roadmap tracking status is shown as just an initiative property change.

  • The history does not refresh automatically for a shared user who is not the author of the change. To refresh, click the Feed button to close and click it again to re-open.
