Previously an Enterprise plan feature, we have now enabled the ability for Professional plan subscribers to change ownership for their roadmaps.
When you create a roadmap document, you become its owner and, by default, have administrative control over it. You may choose to transfer ownership of a roadmap document because
1) You are changing roles or leaving the organisation and want to hand over your roadmap documents to another person; or
2) You are an independent consultant, and upon completing your work, you want to hand over your roadmap document to your client.
How to transfer roadmap document ownership to another user?
Click on the Share button on the roadmap tile as shown below.
The Share by Email popup will display and list the names of all the people the roadmap is currently shared with.
Click on the "Change Owner" button, illustrated below.
Another popup will display, see below. Click on the "Select a shared editor user" drop down. This will list all the users you can transfer ownership to.
Note that the list will show existing Editors and Admins only. You can transfer ownership to these users. Also, the recipient must have a paid Professional subscription to receive ownership.
