When working in the Initiative or Roadmap steps, the left panel lists actions or initiatives you can drag and drop onto your canvas. For example, drag and drop an action into an initiative.

The left panel list shows all the allocated (grey background) and unallocated (white background). A large list can be challenging to work with. So, now you can use the following filters to focus on the unallocated items only.

1) "Show unallocated actions only" in the Initiative create step;

2) "Show unprioritized only" in the Initiative prioritize step; or

3) "Show unallocated only" in the Roadmap steps

In the following example, all the actions for each capability are listed in the left panel, including those are already allocated to an initiative. This list is hard to work with when you have a long list of capabilities and actions.

You can now filter your list by using the "Show unallocated actions only" checkbox, shown below.

Clicking the "Show unallocated actions only" will now hide all the allocated actions so you can focus on the remaining actions.
