Our standard upgrade payment method supports Visa and Mastercard. AMEX (American Express) is not supported. If you attempt to upgrade using an AMEX, you will receive a "There was a problem with your request" message.
If AMEX is your only payment method, please contact support@jibility.com. We can set up your account and send a payment link to you where you can pay with your AMEX via PayPal. Please let us know which plan you would like to upgrade to in your email to support.
