Jibility supports Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security, but MFA is not enabled by default. NOTE, Enterprise Plan support Single Sign-on.

Enabling MFA

To enable MFA,

1) Click on the account icon in the top right corner when on the Jibility home page

2) Select the "Manage MFA" menu, as shown below

You are prompted with the following window, which shows a QR code for scanning using your chosen authentication app. Some authentication apps also allow you to enter the authorization code instead.

Once you have set up the Jibility MFA on your authentication app, you will need to verify the generated code by entering it here, and click Enable.

If your authentication code is set up correctly, then MFA for your account is enabled.
