1) Import Initiatives
You may already have a list of initiatives and your our initiatives may be kept in another tool, such as Excel. Now you can import from Excel to create your list of initiatives in Jibility.
You can read more about the import initiative feature here.
Click on the Import button in the Initiative step, as shown below, to import initiatives.
Note that Jibility does not support importing and updating your existing initiatives. This feature supports creating new initiatives only.
2) Enterprise Plan Team Management
Enterprise Plan supports a floating license model that allows the re-allocation of Jibility licenses from one user to another. Enterprise Plan customers who choose to have a dedicated Jibility environments can now also self-manage their license allocations through our new Team Management function.

3) Synchronise Challenge and Objective labels in the Objective Step
When in the Objective Step, you can filter your list by labels for challenges or objectives. If you are using the same labels to tag both your challenges and objectives then you can select the Sync toggle button to automatically synchronise the two label filters. i.e. The label filter you select for challenges are also applied for your objectives and vice versa.
In the following example, when the Sync toggle is enabled, the "Customer & Marketing" label filter for challenges and objectives are automatically aligned.
