For our Standard and Professional plan customers, you can self-manage your subscription details, such as subscription plan, billing information and credit card payment details, using the Manage Subscription option, as shown below.
The Manage Subscription pop-up screen lets you manage your details, address, and payment method, and view your payment history.
For example, to change your credit card details, please select the Payment Methods option, as shown below.
On the payment methods screen, select the credit card you want to change. Note that you can have more than one credit card assigned to your subscription.
Finally, select the Edit Payment Method, shown below, and this will then display a screen that enables you to change your credit card details.
