If you receive the following "Shared link has expired" message when using a shared link from a roadmap owner, then this could be because of several reasons.

The possible causes for this message are

1) The roadmap owner has unshared the roadmap and the link is no longer valid;

Please ask the roadmap owner to re-issue a new link;

2) The roadmap owner has removed you as a shared user; or

Please check with the roadmap owner that you are still a shared user.

3) Your email address was not entered correctly when the roadmap owner shared with you.

Please ask the roadmap owner to check that your email address is entered correctly.
