1) Export your existing roadmap to a file (if you are currently working in Jibility Cloud).
Exporting to file will download your roadmap to your default download folder (which is configured in your browser).
2) Move the roadmap file to a shared drive for collaboration
Move or copy your roadmap file to your shared drive, such as OneDrive, GDrive or internal shared folder. i.e. A folder where the other collaborators can access your roadmap file.
3) Switch to Local Drive
In Jibility switch to Local Drive mode.

4) Open the roadmap file and edit
Click on Open to select your roadmap file and open it.
5) Remember to click the save button!
You can edit your roadmap file as per the cloud version but you must remember to click the Save button because in Local Drive mode saving is not automatic.
Note, Jibility will save a new file with a date timestamp on each save.
