We have released a new advanced Filter feature to give you more control over what is shown on your Jibility canvas. In addition, we have added the ability to filter your Roadmap.
1) Advanced Filter
Previously, filtering was limited to Labels only. With the advanced Filter, you can now build filter conditions using a field, an operator and a value. For example, you can filter initiatives where the Initiative Description contains “Digital” or find capabilities with no labels assigned.
The advanced Filter is currently fully implemented for the Capability and Initiative steps. The Challenge and Objective steps now use the same advanced Filter interface, but, for the moment, remain limited to filtering by Labels only. We plan to enhance filtering for Challenges and Objectives in a future release.
You can also save filters and name them, making it easier to reuse common filters across your roadmap. Saved filters are available to other shared users, while unsaved filters remain local to you only.
For more details, see the Filter help article.
2) Filter Roadmap
With the introduction of the advanced filter, we have now implemented the ability to filter the roadmap, too.
3) Change color for Initiative Summary published document
You can now change the color for an Initiative Summary published document. This color selection is also available for the published PowerPoint document.
