We have released a new advanced Filter feature to give you more control over what is shown on your Jibility canvas.
Previously, filtering was limited to Labels only. With advanced Filter, you can now build filter conditions using a field, an operator and a value. For example, you can filter initiatives where the Initiative Description contains “Digital”, or find capabilities that have no labels assigned.
The advanced Filter is currently fully implemented for the Capability and Initiative steps. The Challenge and Objective steps now use the same advanced Filter interface, but for the moment remain limited to filtering by Labels only. We plan to enhance filtering for Challenges and Objectives in a future release.
You can also save filters and give them a name, making it easier to reuse common filters across your roadmap. Saved filters are available to other shared users, while unsaved filters remain local to you only.
