1) Initiative Grid Improvements
In line with changes to the Capability Map grid improvements released last month. We have updated the Initiative grid to enable the same flexibility in adding, deleting or moving a column or row in the grid. See illustration below.
When inserting an initiative between two existing initiatives on the grid, by default the insert will create a new column or row depending whether you are inserting vertically or horizontally. In the following example, a new Initiative 5 is being inserted vertically between Initiative 1 and Initiative 2 which results in Initiative 5 inserted as a new column.
To insert an initiative without adding a new column, hold the SHIFT key when dragging and dropping the initiative onto the grid. Using the example above, this would result in the following

2) Capitalization of Step names
Jibility supports the ability to rename a step via the settings. By default, a step is auto capitalized. For example, a step name "KPI" is automatically converted to "Kpi". To retain the step name as is, you can uncheck the "Auto Capitalize" field, as shown below. Doing so for the "KPI" will ensure that the step name remains unchanged.
