This is a Professional and Enterprise Plan feature.

Jibility supports a 6 or 4 step method with predefined names such as Challenges, Objectives, Capability, Action, Initiatives and Roadmap. We recognize that these step names may not suit all organizations. For example, your organization is already familiar with an internal methodology referring to Goals and Outcomes rather than Challenges and Objectives.

Tips: If you enter your content in a language other than English, then renaming the steps in your chosen language may help improve usability.

You can rename the Jibility Steps to suit your requirements through the roadmap settings function, as shown below.

Note: Renaming a step will not change the associated icon or functionality.

In the following example, the steps were renamed as follows: Challenges to Goals, Objectives to Outcomes, Capabilities to Func(tional) Areas, Actions to Tasks and Roadmap to Plans.

The renaming of Challenges to Goals is illustrated below. Note the following changes

1) The Menu bar step items are renamed

2) The Step title is renamed to Goals

3) The Properties panel on the right is also renamed.

Using Templates

Jibility supports creating and reusing a template to create new roadmap documents. You can read more about using templates here.

You can use Templates to create the roadmap document with the step names most commonly used in your organization.
